Account Deletion Policy
We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your TheMsChoice account and what happens to your data afterward.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your TheMsChoice account using either of the two methods below.
Method 1 — Delete from the App

Open TheMsChoice
Launch the TheMsChoice app on your device.

Go to My Account
Tap the Profile tab, then tap My Account.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the My Account page and tap the Delete Account button.

Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete to confirm. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Method 2 — Contact Us Directly

Send a Deletion Request
Contact us via email or phone (details below) and include the email address associated with your TheMsChoice account.

Identity Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Deletion Confirmed
Once verified, we will schedule your account for permanent deletion and send you a confirmation.
90-Day Retention Period: After you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and your data is retained for 90 days before it is permanently deleted. During this period you may contact us to restore your account.

Why is order history retained? Anonymized order records may be retained beyond the 90-day period to comply with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory obligations. All personally identifiable information is removed from these records upon permanent deletion.
